H. Seth Rosenthal is a Partner at Kaufman Rosenthal (formerly Marc A. Kaufman & Associates). Throughout his time at the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Mr. Rosenthal excelled in trial advocacy, competing in multiple trial competitions with the Nova Trial Association. After advancing to the quarterfinals in several events, he was inducted into the Order of the Barrister in recognition of his outstanding oral advocacy.

During law school, Mr. Rosenthal served as a judicial staff attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit, where he drafted and argued criminal and civil appeals before a panel of judges. He also gained extensive practical experience working with several respected personal injury law firms throughout Palm Beach and Broward County.

At Kaufman Rosenthal, Mr. Rosenthal represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, medical malpractice, and defective or dangerously designed products.
